Practice being aware of how you feel and react in different situations. Journaling these thoughts will give you a golden collection of insight and understanding about yourself. This is something you can take with you to your life coach and together you will be able to make sense of your responses and begin to understand why certain things happen to you.
Once we see what is happening we have the ability to make new choices, react in different ways that lead us to better experiences. Try it, see what you discover.
